Do you read What to Cook When You Don't Feel Like Cooking on Substack? It's amazing! We had the salmon broccoli gochujang bowls tonight and it was a hit for the adults. My son had an apple.

I am excited to try the sausage tortellini soup and the white chili from your menu

My son is solidly now in the refusing to eat what we cook stage. It's annoying to me, but I know it is just a phase. He is more adventurous when we go out to eat, which I find interesting!

I don't pay for her substack, but I try to catch the free recipes every now and then. I am trying to eat more fish this year, so that recipe is calling my name.
