lol so rusty at socials I can’t even comment 🙃. Meant to post ‘my child eats exactly one of them’ is so real. I know it’s ridiculous to hope a kid would appreciate your culinary efforts and yet—

prob once a week we do “boy dinner” which is chicken nuggets (or veggie chicken nuggets for me and our son), french fries, frozen broccoli. put the fries and the nuggies on the same baking sheet, bag of broccoli in microwave. lots of diff sauces for the toddler so he loves it and it’s so easy

I am going to try this salmon recipe next week bc currently both of my children like salmon AND broccoli, so I have got to try it before they both decide they are over it!

This is a slow cooker meal we’ve been making recently bc of coaching soccer and it’s been a hit for everyone, except for Jude who doesn’t eat rice 🙄:

My grandfather loved rice and potatoes so much, he would request one or the other with EVERY meal.

I'm going to try this Ritz chicken--and I totally agree, it is the best of the crackers! For a grilling recipe, I highly recommend this Tajin chicken recipe. All my kids eat it, which is a true MIRACLE:

Tonight we are taking the leftovers and making chicken quesadillas...

My tip is to line your pan with foil for easier clean up!

Thank you for the grill recipe!!!!!!! This looks so good.

These all sound great. The coconut shredded beef is calling me. But I have to object to the Ritz discussion: in what universe are they under rated?! I feel like they are widely (and correctly) accepted as a perfect food and the best cracker.

I think people believe them to be junk food whereas wheat thins and triscuits get a halo of health and respectability. Ritz crackers are like the trashy side piece everyone loves the most though!
